Hey,

I was wondering if anyone had a good list going of big time cash buyers / wholesalers nationwide. More specifically, I am looking for Northern California.

If you have a good list going, how many do you have and would you be willing to sell?

I received an e-mail from a guy who says thaat he’s got a list for sale. The list has 292 HML’s and private lenders. He said he got my info off of this site. Is this a common practice to solicite customers this way?

What I would do with my list of buyers is market your property that you have under contract to them in exchange for a fee, maybe a percentage of the deal or a flat fee when my buyer closes. But I wouldn’t sell my list.
