best ways to find investors interested in bird dogs

Hello everyone,

I am looking for ideas on how to find investors looking for bird dogs. Anyone have any?

definitely go to your local REIA club meetings and find and talk to the Successful Investors. You can also post adds in the Craiglist’s services area, but that is probably hit or miss. In the mean time get to know your area really well, which may also help you find an investor if you notice who are doing the rehabs in your area.

Just suggestions.

call every “we buy houses” sign you see. tell them you are a bird dog or property locator and ask them what type of properties they are looking for. I can’t imagine any investor would tell you not to find him a good deal.
