I’m new to wholesaleing and assigning deals to other investors. I have a client that has a property the was purchased with the intent of rehabbing and reselling. At the time of purchase there was about 25k in equity as-is. He wants to sell it due to a lack of time to rehab. I would like to assign the contract and receive around 2k for finding the deal. What is the best way to do so?
