I am trying to locate an investor to back financing 100%. I have recently posted ads offering 15% on their investment but am now thinking that it might not be enough since they are assuming all the financial risk. Would it be better to offer them 25-40% of the total profit?
I am not greedy as I know greed gets you nowhere, so I am willing to less money if it will get my foot in the door sooner.
