Best Way to raise private money

I have a deal on the table 2 apartment complexes one 16 one 10 unit for 600 thousand. Both are fully occupied and fully leased to the end of next year. Having trouble finding private investors. What are some things I can do to draw intrest?

Unfortunately my advice is tht you need to develop private money relationships before you have the deal on the table. It is much harder at this point.
Hit your local real estate invstment club. You may have to do this on with a partner.
