Best way to market houses that need rehab in GA?

I posted this before, but it got pulled… Anyway, any good suggestions for marketing a house in need of total rehab in Atlanta? It’s a steal, but we just don’t have the time and I need to reach people who do major rehabs. Thanks!

If your region is still experiencing strong housing indicators you may simply wish to use an independent flat-fee MLS service to list it on the MLS. Make sure to leave enough profit margin left to be worth a rehabber’s time and effort. There are many flat-fee MLS submission sites available now and you can find a good one for about $299. You’ll still have to offer at least 2% commission to the selling agent, however, if you don’t sell it yourself. Ive found this small commission worth it because your property will generally sell much much faster as compared to a true FSBO.

Shop around the various MLS flat fee sites are there are many now, and get the best deal. I’d give out the URL of the one I use but I am not completely sure if that’s allowed on this forum, as I am new yet.
