Who within the county is able to offer me this information? I have been getting one heck of a run-around, and I own the right of redemption on a house that will be going up for sale soon.
I dont know how your county works it, but in Tucson(Pima County), I can simply go down to the recorders office, type in the last name or address and it will bring up every thing ever recorded in the county including the trustee sale notice which of course includes the date the court will sell.
Maybe that will help, but maybe it wont at all.
In my area in Ohio, it is listed in the legal newspaper and on the sheriff’s web site.
