Best way to assign a shortsale candiate

Could would one of you Shortsale Guru tell the best way to assign a SS. I have heard do a double close, put the property in LLC or trust. I have been wholesaling vacant properties and doing pretty good,I do like 2-3 a month. But know what to get in SS, Would like anybody suggestions, uniques one, whatever.
