Im new to this. Can people suggest some top ways to build a buyers list of investors and/or potential tenants or lease option candidates? Thanks. Trevor
Mostly I found the text. The text that is supposed to accompany each picture (and the ads that are supposed to be down the right side of the page) is being thrown down to the bottom of the page in my browser.
Three ways to build your Buyer’s List:
• Online
• Offline
• In person
Online
• Lead capturing website
• Squeeze page with Free Report
• Video Ad
• Blog Sites
• Social Media
• Online Ads
Offline
• Mail to cash buyers
• Mail to Landlords (out of area owners)
• MLS – pull all cash transactions settled in your area
In person
• Network at Local REIA
• MeetUp.com & other REI Forms
• Call the bandit signs
• Sherriff & Tax Sale – talk with the players and find out where they buy and what they buy for
First I would use the craigslist, it still works. Place an ad rather you have a home or not undercontact, and when they reply tell them that it is sold and that you get properties like this on the regular, would you like to be contacted the next time I get somehting like this? They will say yes.
That is the free route.
Get some materials and make some cheap signs.
3 bed 2 bath
$17,000

(phone number)
Send all of them a text message when you are ready to promote a house.
Works every time. :beer
Ride around you area and stop where you see contruction on rehabbing at a home. These are usually investors, and you know they are REAL BUYERS if they’re in the middle of a rehab.
Introduce yourself and let them know you will contact them with new deals.
Good Luck!
I would start with the obvious ones; social media-Facebook,twitter, Google+, Activerain, your local REIA or club.
First of all, it would be againts the craiglist law to advertise a bogas house just to get buyers on your list, slapped with $10,000 fine.
