I’d like to hear different opinions on who typically pays closing in your wholesale deals (assignments OR double closing). I’ve heard different things such as it helps persuade the seller to sweeten the deal, but then again if they’re desperate to sell are you really losing deals if you get the seller to cover closing costs? I’m just curious what has worked best for other wholesalers here…
Nevermind, figured out this one. Varies deal to deal, but typically I think I will have my seller or the buyer to pay closing…
