Best Place To Advertise FSBO Commercial Property In Atlanta, GA?

I have a commercially zoned property for sale in Old Fourth Ward in downtown Atlanta. It’s a FSBO. I need ideas on the best place to advertise it for sale. I am well versed in where to advertise residential properties, but am not having as much luck in regards to finding the best place to advertise this property. I am familiar with Loopnet. Thanks!

I would put up a nice big sign, use loopnet.com and try Costar.com as well.

What type of commercial property is it?

You can also try craigslist.com or your local paper.
