What is the best place for foreclosure/preforeclosure listings?
I’ve checked out Realtytrac.com - which seems pretty good. But is there something better?
Thanks!
Steve

Realtytrac is definitely one of the better listing services, but in today’s competitive prefore markets, you really need to be getting the information from the recorder’s office as soon as it becomes available. Many counties have an online records search.

Thanks for the response Timmy33, and thanks for the spam/ad G8tor. =)
Timmy33, I think that’s a good tip. Those records are probably online in my county, so I’ll check that out. Thanks.
Is this where I would look for them in my county?
Hey Steve,
I looked at that site and it looks like those are tax foreclosures, done by the city/county, which can also be a good source of leads.
The hall of records looks like it does not have an online records search, but they do give an address. here is the page:

I’d go check it out.
