Best Keyword Phrases

Ok, I haven’t seen this info anywhere. Aside from the typical “I/we buy houses” keywords/ phrases, What are the best keywords and keyword phrases to produce results from SEO and/or PPC?
What do you guys think and whats been your experience?

I’ve had real good luck using Ad Words by Google.
Different states and areas might use different phrases for the same thing, Ranch /Farm can get different results from Local to National use. Its helped a lot in just writing ads to use the key words and phrases. Another place that can help but is costly is WorldStream keywords. Try adding a location, spell State like Texas out might get more results for you than Tx, might. type of property you want, where you want it.
How would you do the search if you were looking? Home or House?
“We buy homes fast” “Fast Cash For Home” “Owner Owed Homes Wanted” “Quick House Buyer” “Sell Your House for Cash”

Hope this helps.

Google add words is best tool for keywords searching phrases… it has three match the case …
1.Exact Match:
2.Phrase Match:
3.Broad Match:
4.Modified broad match

the best once is phrase match

If you want keywords, think of localization. Localization is taking your main keyword phrase and adding a location…real simple. This is the preferred method of attacking a market because competition is weak and you don’t have to invest a lot of time and money to capture the market.

Also, think of what someone is likely to search for. If it is a product, just add that to your city, town, county of state. If it is a service, find the person in the phrase and add it to your target location. For example, if you are looking for a roofer in Daytona Beach, you are likely to search for people such as “daytona beach roofer” and “daytona beach roofing contractor” as opposed to searching for a concept such as “roofing daytona beach.”

Depends on what keywords are you willing to fund for your PPC campaign. In terms of SEO, the more traffic/conversion driving keywords, the better. But it also depends on the competition for that keywords.

Note the specific phrases rank and instead measure your results in increased traffic and sales conversions. Include your keyword phrases on each page a unique title tag. Title tags are important because they give a lot of weight with each search engine. Research on key terms. There is a forum and blog posting, good article and directory submission, press release, and also link wheels helps you a lot a to increase your keyword.

The best way to work with keywords is to use the so-called long tails, which is the idea of funneling more your audience.
See the following example:
Joseph has a collective buying site in Brazil, instead of him seeking to optimize your website, or buy the key word about Compra Coletiva (collective purchase in Portuguese), it can segment it in your area, such as Compra Coletiva Campinas (Campinas is a Brazilian city).
Got it?

Yes, long tail is the best option!

Not always the best option. Though yes, most long tail keywords are targeted for conversion, but short term keywords also help in driving some good traffic to your website and then may convert into a lead or conversion.

Try Yahoo add words.

I found Search bug and Yahoo is much better then Google.

Well, Google is still better than Yahoo and Bing - but as a marketer, you should know that you do not have to rely your market / niche 100% on Google. Bing is getting better as well.

I would just give Google’s Keyword Tool a try. You need to find out what people are actually searching for. But not only this, you need to know how competitive a keyword is. The “best” keyword isn’t always the most popular; it is the one that produces the best results for you.

I agree but Yahoo have always gave us what we were looking for.

Well it depends on your preference, whether you would mostly rely and think would help yahoo better than you, or Google, or Bing.
