Apart from the MLS is there another good online source for foreclosure listings, i.e. foreclosure.com?
Realtytrac.com, foreclosures.com, foreclosure.com, listscource.com; there are local providers depending on your area… however from a national level those 4 seem to be the best and not in any order…
http://www.governmentauctions.org is the way to go - I registered with them and found some amazing listings by me.
