Best demographics to use for Sub To direct mail and best sites for data

I’m following $'s Sub To system and just wanted to get opinions on which people have had better results with for data and which demographics.

As for sub-to deals in a over leveraged market you may want a more generic marketing piece. Sub-to seems to fall in your lap once you know the debt to value ratios.
