I just purchased two homes from a burned out landlord, and basically I got a buy one get one free deal. For what I spent on a house a year ago, which was already cheap, I purchased 2 from this one guy.
WOW!!!

How about guoting some numbers so I know what on earth you’re talking about??? 2 for 1 doesn’t mean anything.
Here’s an example (my deal was similar, but slightly different)
You pay $26,000 cash for 2 SFH’s, which need $4000 in total repairs
Rental income is $750 each SFH per month, or $18,000 per year not factoring in vacancies which are minimal in this neighborhood
Two year gross income is $36,000, and after property taxes, insurance & repairs & other expenses they are long paid for within that time frame.
That gives you a 50%+++ annual percentage yield
