Best Cities for Cash Flow?

Hi Everyone,

I have been reading this forum and hearing about the different cities people invest in and I am wondering which cities are the best? I am personally looking for cities that offer the best cash flow on multi-unit properties. I have been looking at the San Antonio and Indianopolis but I am not sure if those areas are the place to look. I have about a $100k to invest plus I have a duplex in California with $200k in equity. I like California for appreciation but I feel like I have all my eggs in one basket here. Any help you folks can give me would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

The Salt Lake City area posted an alomost 11% rise in value over the last year.

For RHM76384.

Your msn link definitely didn’t work. Definitely.
Maybe you could check it again and repost as I would like to check it out.
thanx

Yeah, I tried it also RHM and it didn’t work for me either. I did find some other useful info on the site however.

Thanks,

Try the link below. It’s Richard’s link, without the extra stuff.

I wonder what the date of this article is. The prices seem a bit low in there.

i wouldn’t put too much faith in that article. [a little but not a lot]

the author is a writer on personal finance, not real estate investing.
but i definitely think her 2 and 3rd picks are still going up. but good luck finding cashflow there!
