So…say I find a deal, and make an offer. So I can sleep at night, I want to be able to buy the house myself if I cannot find a buyer right away (say then need to close in 2 weeks or something whatever…)
Whats the best option for financing, as a precaution? I do not plan to buy any homes yet…but if I have to I would like to have the pre-approval to do so… but everyone wants 5-10% down. Is this typicall or is there a better way?
