Why would you BUY property leads when you could find your own for free?
Mike
Not sure I understand your question… buy and sell leads as in bird dog deals?
Hi Mike and Fadiz,
Sorry for not explaining myself properly.
I generate generate hundreds of Below Market Property leads per month but am not a property investor myself.
I am looking to sell these leads to other property investors and am trying to find a vehicle for advertising them.

Robert
Go to your local REI club, find investors, get their contact info, send them an email or call them when you get a lead that matches their criteria.

You are in the wrong business. You will now become an investor. You will now make piles and piles and piles of money from buying hundreds hundreds of homes a month from some guy named Robert. OOr you could PM me and talk biz.
Your man, Darin
Hi Darin,
I will PM you over the weekend for a chat.

Robert
Hi Rich,
Not that simple, I deal with hundreds of leads and I am based in UK.

Where are the leads? US?
Hi Rich
Yes, they are US leads submitted to my UK business, from all over US. Therefore I need to find investors US wide.
I am looking for ways to make contact with US investors as in UK I can post my leads directly into forums, but you dont seem to do that here in US.
Any ideas?
Regards
Robert
I am sure there is something to work out with some investors. However, I will say they may find it odd that leads are coming from UK, even though they are initially coming from US… no offense just ppl think a lot whenever it comes to r.e transactions, which they should… However again, nothing surprises me anymore.
Honestly, I am not sure since you are overseas and don’t know how the law applies, taxes involved etc… Is there a way for you to do this in UK with UK properties? Or is there a particular reason you deal with US properties? I am just curious,
Take Care.
I woudn’t pay for leads and would just use a local birddog. Someone in the UK is sending U.S leads…how are you coming across these leads? Someone has to operating locally and follow up to make sure they’re good.
I don’t trust the poster, to be honest. I think this post was just to get some folks to PM him since we’d delete ads immediately. If that isn’t the case, Bobby, answer these questions:
If you can’t answer these here in the public forum…BUYERS BEWARE.
Hi DeeinAustin
Sorry if my question on the forum has caused either suspiccion or offence.
The leads are coming from my on-line advertising which is aimed at UK market. The vendor fills out a form with all the details regarding their property and thier personal circumstances
What do you mean by good?
3)The data on the lead would be as provided by the vendor themselves
4)Payment would be by PayPal, Credit Card or into our US Bank Account
5)We would establish a US incorporated entity
6)What guarantees or safeguards do you need, other than those offered by your consumer and business legislation.
At the moment I am trying to find a way to capitalise on the many enquiries from US homeowners who are prepared to sell their properties below market value.
I am trying to get feedback from you guys (by asking questions on this forum) about how this type of service works in US.
Last night I found a similar service being offerd by a company called Fast Home Offers so I guess we would be a bit like them.
I apologise if this has caused any offence as none was intended.
Regards
Robert
We’re thick-skinned here, so there was no “offense” except if we get people advertising bad leads that will hurt someone or have them lose money.
I’d say if you have a service that sends leads to folks in the U.S, the less information you provide on the lead (name, contact info, amount owed, vaue of the property, repairs needed, any heirs, etc.), the less you should charge.
Most investors pay good money for good leads with lots of info. The more pre-work you have done, the better the lead and the more investors will pay.
Are these just leads, or do you have these locked up under contract?
