I understand that having a real estate attorney and a CPA would enable me buying rental properties by my self, but do I still need a realtor? How can I find out the following without having to work with a realtor?
- Listing of rental properties (I know I can get some from classifieds, but they are limited)
- Market analysis - property value/sales data/appreciation
- Rental analysis - potential rent/future of the area and such…
I just can’t justify giving away 3% realtor commission, I wish there is an easier way to get these info. How do you pros do these?? Many thanks in advance.
