Hello Reiclub. I’m new to rei and i have knowledge from reading and sites like this. I have a low fico and not much to put down. Is there any advice on a mentor to help through first deal ? I’m dedicated to making my rei career go far as it will allow. I’m also focused just need some guidance. Thanks in advance for your help and advice .
Join a local investment club and start putting your team together. There are a lot of good books on real estate investing. Many are on Amazon.com’s t top list in the real estate investing section. This site also has a list of good books and resources.
Start out learning the inventory, searching this forum for previous questions (so as not to repeat them), and assembling your team. You need to focus on what your goals are and develop a plan around it.
