I am new to this forum. I Just signed up for Carlton Sheets personal coaching and have had 2 sessions so far. I have invested in 2 houses so far on my own before coaching, but thought I needed some education on real esate investing to become really successful.

It is defined as - someone who identifies a potentially good real estate investment opportunity and passes that deal on to another investor for a fee.
