What type of marketing are those of you that are bird dogs using?
Depends… I’m planning on using bandit signs, post cards to pre forclosures, landlords and my own website. You can also use other types of passive marketing, like people who see all sorts of properties, i.e. construction, parcel delivery drivers, cable and or satellite installers(they are always looking for new ways to get some extra money). You can also try this one. Check with local companies that support a large population of employees and contact their HR department to see if they could provide your name and number to assist people who are relocating and need to sell their homes quickly.
