??? I am trying to get into real estate investing and I want to start out as a bird dog for some investors. I live in texas close to the houston area. Can someone tell me how to get started and is the Barry Grimes course the way to go. I need help. Also are there any investors in or close to the houston area that are looking for bird-dogs.
