Bear Stearns reported to be sued over subprime funds

boy am i shocked to see this…yeah right…saw this coming long time,let the taxpayers pick up the tab,

do i smell class actions,PPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE tell these investors to get a life,judge should dismissed it unless he is corporate or investor owned…Honest Judge Auction…highest corporate bidders are welcome!!!

This is just the normal course of business in the US. Anytime someone loses money their will be a law firm there seeking to represent them and protect their interests. Like the article says the plaintiffs will have a tough time winning the case as the funds were marketed directly to sophisticated investors. It will be interesting to watch how it all falls out.
