I am interested in learning about re investing and am not sure how to begin. Is there anyone out there that knows what the first steps would be? I know very little on this subject and would like to learn more about the possibilities…thanks.
Read these forums and figure out what you want to do. Also research you area. What are homes selling for? What’s the rental market like? Is it a hot market? Warm market? Ask questions to your local realtors. Don’t just do it cause you saw on TV that a lucky guy bought a house for 160K and sold it for 300K for a big profit. Because you can’t copy someone’s success, expecially if you do not know what they did exactly.
