You tell him where you learned it from. If that is Charlton Sheets then tell him so, if you learned from your dad, tell him that too. I would offer to teach him what I know and even partner with him on a deal. As long as I get the loan, I don’t care what his questions are. If he does not give you the loan, get it from the next bank.
If he has heartburn with your education, I would get another bank.
