Has anyone done a short sale deal with bank of America recently, and if so how did you get a round the title seasoning

I have done one. The way I get around it is tricky. It’s hard to explain on here, bu I use a trust.
This is like answering, " How do you change an engine in a car? "
It would take a long time to explain every part of the deal and why it works.

Long story short, I use a trust.

There are title/escrow companies who will still flip this deal even with that clause on it. Where are you?
