Has anyone heard of or used Omni Bank for funding their rehabs? They have offices in Tampa, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Birmingham. They have a good story and seem competitive. I am working on a deal which seems to fit their program. Any experiences would be appreciated
