I’m going to be purchasing banding signs in the next couple days that are going to be used to find investors/buyers. What wording would I use on the Banding Signs?

I was thinking something like

  • Real Estate Investors Needed

Investment Properties Available

Just wanted to know what others have done in the past

Also, where does everyone else get their bandit signs from?

What I use for me signs is something like this:

HOUSE FOR SALE
DIRT CHEAP
CASH BUYERS ONLY

After putting about 50 of these out, I got about 150 calls in the next week or 2. If you don’t really have a property for sale, when they call just say that that property is no longer available but you come across these deals all the time and you can notify them when you get the next one.

Also, the cheapest place to buy signs that I found was signwarehouse.com

I ended up purchasing sings from Vista Print and I should have them by the weekend. I put the following on the signs

INVESTMENT
PROPERTIES
AVAILABLE
208-515-2186

I will let you know how it goes. I paid $84.23 for 8 and it seemed like a good price. I’m going to be order more soon and will change up my wording to:

WHOLESALE
PROPERTIES
AVAILABLE

did you mean 80 signs? b/c if you only got 8 signs for that price, its not a good deal…

The “I buy houses, any condition” works well.
