Has anyone used Bandit Signs to build a buyers list for investors to wholesale properties?
Why waste the $$ ? Just call THEIR SIgns and get their info on what they are looking for … between reading signs, and ads your can make a great buyers list.

Good point Heather! You could also put an ad in the paper:
"3 bedroom, 2 bath, fixer-upper. Must sell, moving! "
