Hi All,
I understand that bandit signs in Houston are illegal, with consequences ranging from local activists vandalizing your sign to city fines. Does anyone know of an area that’s close to Houston, where this problem doesn’t exist? Any other marketing ideas to get around this (considering that I’m out of state)?

Bandit signs are illegal everywhere hence the term “bandit”. You could pay the city around $150/year + $1/sign to make them legal if you like.
Get a prepaid phone, put the number on your signs, and put them out on Friday nights.
Buy a billboard ad, totally legal. 
I wonder if a call to prepaid cell phone can be forwarded to any other number?..
Also, what documents are needed to buy a prepaid cell phone?
