Bandit Signs---how many leads?

I’m about to order my first batch of bandit signs.

How effective are these when placed in the right spots? How many do you buy at a time and how many leads on average do you receive on each batch?

Thanks in Advance.

Results vary but the average we see is 40 - 45 calls per 100 signs placed in a 5 - 7 mile radius.

Alex, I have no numbers for you but Bandit Signs get me the most leads by far, the most nuts too. One more thing thats important is that they are not allowed in many places and will be removed. What I do is put them up on Saturday morning and remove them on Sunday night. Herbster

A friend of mine put 8 signs out and got 17 Calls in one day! However, the next day they got snatched up because he put them out during the week. Like Herbster said, it’s best to put them out on the weekend.

Ok, I’m a believer in bandit signs now. I never put them out, thinking that I didn’t want to dodge the city; I finally took the plunge and had someone put them out this past weekend. Even though the signs were not placed per my specific instructions, the few leads I got were surprisingly good. I expect to get even more leads next weekend when the signs are placed correctly.

The same seems to be true of Little Nickel (Thrifty Nickel) ads in my area - I’ve gotten the best leads from that source. Does it have to do with the fact that respondents know that these types of advertisers expect a DEAL? Message and the phone number may have something to do with it, also, as my vanity number is easy to remember.

When I did door hangers, the leads were terrible, so I think the extra mental effort vs. an advertiser taking the message to the homeowner’s doorstep may have something to do with it; the ratio of tire-kickers to motivated sellers is probably higher with door hangers - just my thoughts, or maybe I’m way off :smile

Bandit signs beware, check your local townships, you can be ticketed but its never happened to me.herbster

I’m personally only putting them out on Friday night and taking them down on Sunday night. There was a news story on my city, where even realtor directionals were being pulled. One county a couple miles south of me actually has hired a “task force” to drive around every week to pull signs.

We are getting 15 to 20 lead per week by our website.

I used a company called thesignbandits.com (FL) - paid $305.00, he did not put out the signs, wont return calls or emails and does not answer his phone. Yet I see he (Greg from the sign bandits) is still posting and trying to bait people into his “service”.

Paypal awarded me the dispute and went to debit his account and he has no money…

Rozi,

How are you driving people to your website?
