I have been using bandit signs with an 800# that I have forwarded to my regular phone, and cell phone.
BUT…many times I can’t answer the phone right away since I’m involved in work at my regular “JOB”…
Some people leave their contact info…some not.
SO....here's the question....has anyone had better success using a two step marketing approach?
Driving the prospects to a 24 HR recorded message and let them pre-screen themselves out??
I’m thinking of using a regular 800#, with a detailed message…(on my WE BUY HOUSES sign )
and …leave their name and # after the beep…
This way when I receive their contact info, I know I’m speaking with someone who raised their hand and is MOTIVATED!!
I use an answering service for after hours… 125 a month plus 2 dollars a call… I dont like the voice call system…
always answer your phone if you can or call back right away. I have a small notebook and will write down all the numbers I miss and calback during lunch or break. Hot is HOT and don’t let them go.
being right on top of things will make you more money than you think, and it starts with answering the phone. We know a bunch of the larger real estate investors in our area and they always wonder how we are doing so many deals, and I can tell you that if we didnt answer the phone or have an answering service the compitition would be snatching these deals away from us.
