Here is my first bandit sign, I just made it in photoshop.
I think the “sell your problem house today” message is good and I added the .com there to allow them to go my website that I am going to make to fill out a form if they dont want to call me.
I got the no equity, no problem line from looking around banditsigns.com. I am not sure that it is necessary but it hopefully will let overleveraged propertys owners know that have a way out.
In my area there are a lot of signs, but none of them have websites or any kind of message about no equity.
The only problem I see is that it is a bit on the side of shotgun advertising as opposed to a stop foreclosure sign, and that I might get owners that aren’t really motivated.
I tried bandit signs a few years ago. I ended up with “Sell your unwanted home RIGHT NOW”, company name, website and phone #. I spent alot of time trying to dial these signs in and really make them nice. Then I realized that I was trying to re invent the wheel. As long as people can see them and what you are offering I don’t think it really matters exactly what they say. Your sign looks fine. Try it. If it doesn’t work change it. Good luck!
reduce it to 3 lines, I buy houses, phone, a website or Fast Cash or something. They only have few seconds to read it so it needs to be simple and clear to read, and the number needs to be easy to remember.
Be careful with the website address. It caused me some trouble before because the county officials can look your business up if it has any information on your website. It will be a bit harder if you have a forwarding 800 number.
We tried “Stop Foreclosure” signs and got a lot of crazy calls from people who thought they wanted to buy foreclosures or learn how to buy foreclosures. I would just put something that says you buy properties and you can buy them quickly, so you weed out the people who want to sell, but will wait until they get their price.

Even if this is the case, you can creat a form on the website that filters for you and allows you to segment these people. You might be able to design it so that it categorizes into immediate prospects, 2-prospects in three months, 3-prospects in six months 0R rank this regarding the homeowners willingness to cooperate :help or their need for your services. All depends on the kind of questions you ask. Got to have questions that get you valuable info but are not so intrusive that homeowners are afraid :deal to complete it.
