Has anyone in the Dallas area or otherwise been on one of these bus trips?

Seems like a great way to learn, and they’ll have 2 contractors and 2 inpectors there as well.
I learned what i know at the school of hard knocks costing about a million or more in lost profit. Sounds like you can learn by looking at deals and meet other investors and learn from them too. The price is cheap too. Maybe you can get another ride soon. Keep posting

Ouch. That’s enough inspiration to take the trip. The one thing that was cool about being the youngest child, is I learned at an early age to learn from my siblings mistakes. Thanks for the honest input. I’m making the trip. It’ll be fun I’m sure.
