Hey Guys,

Is there anyone else from Chicago here? Is there an average that you guys use for pricing the repairs that are needed on a light to moderate rehab. I.e. New contruction: 125 per square.
Gut Rehab (retail): 100 per square
Gut Rehab (discounted) 75 per square.

Any advice for a light rehab in Chicago?

Hey Dan,

Noticed no one replied to you yet. Your best bet to get answers is probably to either go to a few REIA meetings and/or contact a few contractors.
