Average charge to use funds and mark up on property

When using Transactional Funding, how much is average to pay to use funds to close a deal? I’ve seen it expressed in points, but what does that translate into?

Also, when marking up a property to do a A-B then B-C, what percentage is a fair markup?

Each point is the equivelent of 1% of the property purchase price!  $100,000 dollar house - 1 point = $1000.00

I think what we were discussing before was an assignment fee. This question pertains more to a deal using funding.
