I have a few possible people lined up for bird dogs. What is the average fee you pay your bird dogs? I thought I read something about paying for bird dogging being illegal?

Why would paying for information be illegal? We pay for information all the time. You’re not paying for real estate - you’re paying for information about real estate.

Id have to say it all depends on the deal any where from $500-$2000… but its your deal so what ever you set the standard at… make sure you give them enough to want to keep bringing you potential deals :beer
