Austin TX area Investors

I am looking for Investors in the Austin area to send deals to. I am a new Investor with a house under contract and can only afford one deal at a time. I am still landing contracts on other properties with a lot of room for $$. Looking to flip contracts/Assignments. Send me your email if interested and I will send you deals with all the details when I get them.

Thank you

Joel

Hi Joel,

I’m in Austin too. If you have not been yet, you should attend a couple of the local Real Estate Investment Clubs. You will find many investors you can market your properties too.

I just joined:
Austin Real Estate Networking Club
They meet the 3rd Thursday of the month at a coffee shop called
Ventana Del Sol at the intersection of Burleson and Oltorf
Cost is $10 and buying something from the coffee house or you can just join for $35. Once you join you will have access to our Yahoo group where you can post deals.

I am going to join:
Real Estate Investment Club of Austin
They meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month and allow 1 free meeting. The cost is $99 per year. Here is their website.
http://www.yourreica.com/

Both seem to be great groups with seasoned investors.

Nice to meet you. Its funny you mention that, I was planning on attending both of those meetings next month as well as this one:

Look forward to seeing you there. Take care and god bless!!

Joel,

I didn’t know about the Cedar Park meeting. I have a standing commitment on the 1st Tuesday of the month. I guess I’ll just fill up the rest of my Tuesday’s with REI meetings! LOL

I won’t be at the meeting next Tuesday. I have used up my 1 free meeting and I have to conserve my cash right now. I will join them in September.

PM me before you go to the one at Ventana Del Sol and maybe we can meet in person there. Newbie bird dogs/wholesalers should stick together!

I wish you the best on you pending deal!

Treens

Just keep in mind that about 60-80% of the people who attend these meetings are newbies. When you attend the next meeting, you’re likely to see a whole new set of faces.

Also, I believe the REICA meetings require members to wear a certain colored name tag with guests/newbies having a separate color to help distinguish members from non-members. It’s been a while since I’ve been so this could have changed by now.

Hi Joel…

Forward any information you currently have…properties under contract or the ones you need to flip. I’ll see if there’s enough $$$$ in the deal for the both of us,

I’m a realtor with Keller Williams and an investor…closed two deals so far this year…need two more to stay with my goal.

John
