The best way to attract investors is to find good deals, and then advertise them. The buyers will find you if you really have a good deal.

You can also call the “we buy houses” ads in your area and check the the yellow pages. As the previous post indicated. If you have a deal, it’s usually not hard to find an investor that is interested.
I think you asked the question correctly and that it is best to find the investors first and know exactly what they are looking for and then go find it…
