every attorney is different and their fees usually defines:
A) how much their payroll and rent is;
B) their ego
call around but be sure you deal with an experienced real estate attorney, specifically (preferably) in your area of focus. that is the only way to look at it realistically.
Depending on your location, it could be anywhere from $50-300 hour. The bigger the town/city, the more you pay.
Will prepaid legal defend the contract? If not, you’ll need to pay the person who defends it to review it as well.
