I am a first timer…my question is: Should I mover forward with an attorney rather than an agent. What is most cost effective? Do I need both?
My initial entry method is Owner Financing.
I feel like the agent is there to find me the property while the attorney can essentially take care of everything else. Am I off base on this assumption?
If you don’t know how to DIY then get an Attorney. As for the Agent, not this guy. Herbster
You do not use agents Herbster? Is that what you mean?
Thats right I don’t like Agents and they don’t like me. Although the ones on this forum are fine because they have an investors point of view. Its hard to find one that can think out of the box. Herbster
