Attorney Recommendations who Review your Business Practices and is Reliable?

Hi everyone,

I joined the wholesaling community in January, I have 250 cash buyers but I am stuck because I cannot find a real estate attorney who reviews your business practices with you for a fee. I have been to three attorneys and they all told me that they only do transactions.

Does anyone have a reliable attorney who responds in a timely manner, who can look over your business practices with you? Thanks in advance.

I have completed almost 50 real estate wholesale deals and have never wanted to deal with or needed an attorney.
Just concentrate on finding deals, it’s a better way to run with less excuses.

This is like “I need a website, an LLC and a business license before I can invest in real estate.”

Just go find a deal. That’s your business practice.
