In my search to find an attorney that understands that I want to wholesale, I believe I have found one, my question is, Will I also need to find a title company, or can my attorney execute the entire deal (by communicating with the banks title company, and my end buyers mortgage Co. etc…)
Most biggertitle companys have their own Attorney or access to one. If you go with just the Attorney they can do it all, just be sure they’re a RE Attorney. If you have to teach one aware that they will probably add in something somewhere to protect their own posterior. Herbster
