Is anyone an FHA guru? Preferably in Ohio!?!?
EZ Loans seems to be knowledgable on FHA. I am to an extent but currently cant do FHA loans. Coming soon though.
I would not call myself a guru, but I have done many FHA loans including some in Ohio. I was born and raised in Toledo and have done a couple FHA transactions for family members there. What is your question??
I consider myself well-versed in the area of FHA guidelines/programs—what question(s) do you have?
