Hello Everyone,
I am a birddog in the Atlanta area looking to work with serious investors. I am also looking to network with other birddogs,wholesalers, and rehabbers in the area as well.
I spoke with a couple of investors but not really been having any luck with them as far as help is concern. They all just state “if it is a deal they will look at it”. They really do not explain what they want, how fast they move on deals, etc. It is hard enough to find deals with motivated sellers and to take it to someone you do not know if they are going to move on it or not. Sorry about the rant just looking for investors that is willing to help me help them. LOL… 8)
