Can someone please explain the forms in which you would be giving the seller and which forms to the buyer. After all the documents are signed by the both paries, what do i do?

  1. you sign a contract with the seller for a low price with a closing date at least 45 days away
  2. the person that you find to buy the house will sign an assignment contract between and the buyer
  3. get $500 assignment fee from buyer
  4. set up closing with an attorney and order title
  5. go to closing, collect check
