You can google assignment contract and find one there.
You get paid your fee when your end buyer closes the deal and the title company sends you the check.
Contact an investors’ real estate agent in your area: he/she will probably share the form, as long as it is not a board form, in order to gain your business.
Or visit a local real estate investors meetings and ask other investors.
Or Google it. But getting locally is probably your best choice, because it will be structured to respect the laws and regulations of your state/city.
