Can you wholesale VA and FHA houses using an assignment form?
Those are Hud homes and they generally do not allow it. Another board pointed out a very good point to me though. Depending on the state you’re in, all contracts are assignable unless the contract itself specifically states it’s not. You can always sig the purchase contract with your name and then write and/or assigns behind it and see what they say. I don’t purchase a lot of Hud homes because they are just too expensive. They rarely discount anything.
No, you cannot assign HUD. Must close in name of buyer.
